You can book now your next charter or cruise experience, our booking team will take charge of everything and take care of every detail of your journey. Please read carefully our reservation and cancellation policy.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Every service we offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.
You can consider your reservation as confirmed only once:
– the booking contract with GP Company Sarl has been signed and sent back by email;
– the advance has been payed and a copy of the payment receipt has been sent by email;
– you have received a confirmation email from our booking team with a payment receipt;

RESERVATION

50% deposit is required on booking.
Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure.
If the booking is made within 44 days prior to departure, then full payment must be sent
at the time of booking.

Payments are requested through bank transfer (transfer fees are at your charge). 

ALL THE PASSENGERS MUST HAVE ADEQUATE INSURANCE POLICY WHICH COVERS
TRAVEL & MEDICAL ASSISTANCE WITH AERO-MEDICAL EVACUATION

CANCELLATION

More than 120 until 90 days prior to departure: 30% deposit no refundable
Between 90 and 75 days prior to departure: 50% deposit no refundable
Between 75 and 45 days prior to departure: 75% deposit no refundable
Less than 45 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% deposit no refundable

COVID19 CANCELLATION FACILITIES

If your service is cancelled by GP Company Sarl or boarding is delayed by 24 hours or more due to government order or declaration of Public Health Emergency, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid to GP Company Sarl within 90 days, or an optional Service Credit to re-book with no charge the same service or an analogue one (in term of price).

In case of a charter or cruise charter service if, following a declaration of Public Health Emergency, you cancel the booking scheduled during the declared Emergency or must cancel your booking because you are prohibited from traveling to Sophisticated Lady due to a governmental travel restriction, you are entitled to a Service Credit for the amount paid to GP Company Sarl. 

In case of a Special Cruise service if, following a declaration of Public Health Emergency, you cancel a booking for a service scheduled during the declared Emergency or must cancel your booking because you are prohibited from traveling to Sophisticated Lady due to a governmental travel restriction, but the service is not cancelled, you are entitled to a Service Credit for the amount paid to GP Company Sarl.

The same policy will be applied for charter, cruise charter and Special Cruises, in case you and/or your traveler companions will be tested as positive for COVID19 after providing us by email a certified positive attestation copy.

In order to assure your safety, all the staff on board has been trained to follow the anti-COVID19 sanitary protocols instituted by the Malagasy government.
